WINE TUITION and TASTING. Wednesdays and Saturdays through March April and May.
Enjoy tasting 4 different wines with canapes while David our resident sommelier talks about the characteristics of the wines, the wine producers, their techniques and the different soils where the vines grow.
David comes from Tuscany, trained in London and is charming and very knowledgeable.

At AVC we organise cooking courses for Adults, Singles and Families as well as Children.
We have a variety of courses from 2 hours to 5 or more days for you to enjoy, from learning to make pizza to creating your own unique filled pasta as well as visiting some of the markets and farmers who produce the locally sourced ingredients.
